| Harvard (#25) is the lone Ivy League team in this week's AP Top 25 poll.
Harvard enters the poll at #25 following a week that began with a win at home over Cornell, 71-60. After that came another win at home against Columbia, 57-52.
Kentucky remains number one for the second straight week.
Joining Harvard as a newcomer, Louisville enters the Top 25 at #24 with a win at home over Rutgers, 78-66. Gonzaga falls out of the rankings this week with an upset loss at Brigham Young, 83-73 and a win at Pepperdine, 72-60. Vanderbilt drops out after losses to then-12th ranked Florida, 73-65 and Arkansas, 82-74.
Florida State is a big mover this week to #15 after a win at home over Georgia Tech, 68-54 and an upset win at home over then-16th ranked Virginia, 58-55. Creighton tanked four spots to #17 after a win against Illinois State, 102-74 and a loss to Northern Iowa, 65-62. Florida jumped up 4 spots to #8 after wins against then-25th ranked Vanderbilt and South Carolina, 74-66.
